Sales Specialist

Client Success/Onboarding
In Client Success or Onboarding, you’ll be the key point of contact for current and new clients; ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience and overall client relationship. If you’re passionate about delivering top-tier service and support while directly contributing to our clients’ satisfaction and success, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the client experience and make a real difference.
The 60-day training program involves a mix of webinars, recorded videos, and one-on-one Zoom sessions. We will be implementing ramping hours to assist team members with adjusting to the EST timezone.

What is the summer program for?
The summer training program is a comprehensive 60-day training initiative designed to help new hires transition into their individual roles. The goal is to ensure that you are well-prepared and confident in your new position by the end of the program.
Will I get paid during the summer training program?
Yes, during training, the compensation is 70% of the full-time employee’s salary. During training is approx. PHP 70,000 per month; and then transitioning to the full-time salary of approx. PHP 100,000+ per month.
What kind of tasks can I expect to work on during the summer training program?
The summer program provides hands-on experience through mock calls, team-member shadowing, and collaborative team workshops. You’ll also work closely with different teams (Sales, Onboarding, Client Success, and Support) and participate in varying training sessions. This well-rounded experience will equip you with the essential skills needed to transition into your full-time role.
Would the summer training program be considered a full-time job?
Although you will mostly be learning throughout this period, each trainee is expected to consider this as an actual job. During the 60-day training period, you will transition from training to becoming a full-fledged member of the team, ready to take on the responsibilities of your assigned role.
Is this similar to the management trainee program where we get hired after?
While both the summer program and management trainee programs provide structured training, the summer program is specifically for new hires to help them transition smoothly into their designated full-time roles. It’s not a separate management track but rather a preparatory initiative that ensures you are ready for your individual role within the company.
