The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. matches employee donations to many nonprofits including:

  • Higher education institutions
  • K-12 primary and secondary schools
  • Human service organizations
  • Arts and cultural organizations
  • Organizations promoting the health and well-being of children in the US.

PNC matches most employee gifts dollar for dollar. Employees are eligible for a $4 match for every dollar they donate, based on their titles. Additional details are available at {{guidelines}}.

Donors can register their matching gift requests using the company intranet.

Submission Deadline:
Matching Gifts must be requested by February 15th of the following year.

The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. provides grants to nonprofits where employees are active volunteers.

Through PNC's "Grants for Great Hours", the company offers volunteer grants. There are two grant programs

  • Individual Volunteer Grants: PNC employees who volunteer at least 40 hours per year with a qualified nonprofit early education program earn a $1,000 grant for the early childhood education center in the employee’s name.
  • Team Volunteer Grants: Groups of PNC employees who volunteer as a team can earn a grant of up to $3,000.

Employees can locate additional details on the company intranet by searching for "Grow up Great" or "Grants for Great Hours".

Since 2017, Denver Rescue Mission’s partnership with Double the Donation has been increasingly fruitful.
