The MetLife Foundation offers a matching gift program where the company matches donations to both private and public colleges and universities.

MetLife Services and Solutions, LLC Matching Gift Submission Process:
The most up-to-date matching gift form is available on the company intranet. Employees may use the form provided to us at {{forms}}.

Volunteer grants process

MetLife Foundation provides grants to nonprofits where employees are active volunteers through the Volunteer Project Fund (VPF). 
A MetLife employee can apply for a VPF grant to an eligible nonprofit organization with which a team (minimum: 5 employees) plans to volunteer for a specific project/event before the event takes place. Employees can request a grant of $35 for each hour of volunteering, with an annual maximum limit of $5,000.

Employees can also request grant funds to help the nonprofit partner cover expenses such as supplies, transportation and staff time in order for the volunteer activity to take place. For this grant, the nonprofit partner must submit a budget/cost breakdown when the MetLife employee submits their portion of the application for MetLife Foundation review.
