Matching gift process	Through (US) Starr Companies' matching gift program, the company matches employee donations to most nonprofits including: Educational institutions Health and human services Arts and cultural organizations Civic and community organizations Environmental organizations And many other 501(c)(3) nonprofits (US) Starr Companies' Matching Gift Submission Process: Employees can access Starr Companies' matching gift form either through the company intranet by searching for "matching gifts" or by emailing HR. Alternatively, you can use the match form provided to us at {{forms}}. Employees must complete Part I of the form and send it to the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit should then submit the completed form along with donation proof, which can be provided by either the organization or the donor. Acceptable proofs include: Copy of the check Email confirmation of the online donation Bank statement showing the donation (redacting all other line items) For first-time recipient nonprofits, include: A copy of the IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter A brief description of the organization’s mission or purpose Recipient organizations should now direct all applications and supporting documents to matchinggifts@starrcompanies.com.
