Dell Matching Gift Program and Volunteer Grant Information

Dell only matches donations and fundraising efforts made through the company's giving portal at https://dell.benevity.org/user/login.

Dell matches employee donations to most nonprofits including:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And many other nonprofits

Dell offers two types of matching gifts:

1. Dell matches individual donations (all global employees)
2. Dell matches the portion of an employee's fundraising effort that comes from Dell colleagues for events such as charity walks, runs, and bikes.

Dell's Matching Gift Submission Process:

In order to get their donation's matched, employees/donors should donate or fundraise directly through Dell's giving portal at https://dell.benevity.org/user/login. To access the site, employees should be logged into the company intranet using their Single Sign On credentials or enter their username & password.

Note: Dell only matches donations made by spouses if it's recorded as a joint donation made by the employee as well. Board members are ineligible.

Through Dell's Community Service Program, Dell provides volunteer grants to nonprofits where Dell employees volunteer.

For every quarter in which Dell employees volunteer more than 10 hours, the individual can allocate a $150 donation towards a 501(c)3 organization.

Submission Process:

Each quarter, each Dell employee should log their volunteer hours online at https://dell.yourcause.com/. About two weeks after the end of each quarter, employees who log 10 or more hours will be notified that they can allocate $150 to a nonprofit of their choice.
