Wells Fargo helps employees support nonprofits through their Community Care Grants campaign.
Employees are eligible for grant dollars through the Community Care Grants program and should make their donation via the internal system to be eligible.

Wells Fargo's Matching Gift Submission Process:
In order to get their donation's matched, employees/donors should donate through Wells Fargo's giving portal at https://wellsfargo.yourcause.com/ during the Community Care Grants campaign which around September of each year. Employees should be logged into the company intranet using their Single Sign On credentials or enter their username & password.

Wells Fargo provides grants to nonprofits where employees volunteer regularly.

There are two different programs:

1. Wells Fargo's I Serve Volunteer program where the company provides grants when employees volunteer with a nonprofit at the following rates:

  • 1st time recording hours = $50
  • 16 hours recorded = $100
  • 50 hours recorded = $150
  • For every additional 50 hours recorded = $150

2. Wells Fargo's I Serve External Leadership grant program where if an employee serves on the governing board of an eligible 501(c)3 charitable organization or international equivalent, the employee can earn a Community Care Grant of $500 for the organization

Wells Fargo's Volunteer Grant Submission Process:
In order to get their donation's matched or Community Care Grants processed, employees/volunteers should log their volunteer hours at http://tmgiving.wf.com/. To access the site, employees should be logged into the company intranet using their Single Sign On credentials or enter their username & password.
