Amgen Matching Gift Program and Volunteer Grant Information

Amgen matches employee donations to most nonprofits including:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And most other organizations

Each full-time Amgen employee can request up to $20,000 per year in matching donations while part-time Amgen employees can request up to $10,000 per year. Amgen's Matching Gift Submission Process:
Employees / donors should log on to the company intranet and search for "matching gifts". Alternatively, employees may be able to submit their requests electronically at {{forms}}. 

Deadline:
Amgen requests that donors submit the matching donation requests within 90 days of making a donation.

The Amgen Foundation supports volunteer efforts by providing Volunteer Services Grants to nonprofit organizations.

Once an Amgen employee volunteers for at least 15 hours with an organization, he or she can request a $500 Volunteer Service Grant from the Amgen Foundation.

For each additional hour over the initial 15 hours, Amgen will provide an additional $25.

Full-time staff can request grants of up to $2,000 annually while part-time staff members can request up to $1,000 annually.
