In order to ensure our conference participation is a great fit for both our team and the conference organizers, we ask for the following criteria when participating in an event.

Nonprofits or educational institutions raising more than $1 million in individual contributions per year. Attendees must work in the development/fundraising department
Double the Donation’s software helps fundraisers to grow workplace giving revenue at their organization. In order to ensure we connect with attendees that can access our software, we typically only participate in events with mid-to large size organizations working specifically in the fundraising space.
Double the Donation works to provide custom materials for select conference attendees to help them assess their current matching gift strategy. We ask that conference organizers provide us with an attendee list before and after the event to ensure we can connect with organizations and provide them with matching gift details.
As part of our conference sponsorships, we ask that the conference organizers feature Double the Donation on their most active social channels to aid in mutual sponsorship benefits.
Double the Donation sponsors conferences to help fundraisers access greater matching gift resources and grow revenue. By introducing attendees to the Double the Donation team ahead of the conference, we can ensure we’re providing attendees with the best experience with us at the event.

Integration partners must offer a fully functioning technical solution.
If an integration partner is hosting the event, we ask that our functionality is up to our standard requirements.

Double the Donation’s software integrates with CRMs and donation forms to help fundraisers grow revenue. In order for fundraisers to make the most of our solution, we ask that our integration partners meet our standard requirements to ensure their functionality is working as expected. Since many conference attendees may move on to become mutual clients, we must ensure that our solution operates with our standard functionality.
If your platform offers a matching gift integration that does not function with our standard product functionality, then we will likely be unable to participate in event sponsorships as we would be unable to fully support the event attendees with our existing solution.
