Houston Coalition for Life is a 501(c)3 with a mission of ending abortion peacefully and prayerfully. Our work is accomplished primarily through the ministries of our Stand and Pray Program, sidewalk counseling, and our Blue Blossom Pregnancy Centers which consists of our two mobile crisis pregnancy centers, Big Blue and Baby Blue, and our main office. Each of these locations offers free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds and a network of resources, including our Maternal Assistance Program and our Curriculum of Life Program for mothers that are facing a crisis pregnancy. We also provide essential items like diapers, clothes, blankets, and bottles to help moms prepare for and nurture their unborn and newborn children.

Year over year our numbers consistently show that over 92% of pregnant women choose life for their unborn baby after getting a free ultrasound. Since our pregnancy centers were launched in 2011, more than 10,500 women have choosen life for their child!

Requesting a matching gift is normally a five-minute process that must be initiated by the donor. You can do this through an electronic submission process or by filling out and submitting a paper match form provided by your employer. Many companies offer Volunteer Grants (often called "Dollars for Doers"). If you volunteer a certain number of hours with us, your employer may provide us with a financial grant in recognition of your time. Some companies also offer Volunteer Time Off (VTO), allowing you to volunteer during work hours without using your personal PTO. Search for your employer above to see if these programs are available to you.
