Home Depot Matching Gift ProgramHome Depot

As one of the iconic companies based in Atlanta, Home Depot is also a generous supporter of nonprofits in the city. Similar to Coke, the company applies few restrictions on their employee matching gift program and matches donations dollar for dollar.

The company has an easy to use electronic matching gift submission process which means your donors can submit matching gift requests in a matter of minutes. IBM Matching Gift and Volunteer Grant ProgramIBM

IBM matches donations made by both employees and retirees as well as provides grants for volunteering. The matching gift ratio varies depending upon whether it’s an employee or retiree making the donation, as well as whether the nonprofits chooses to receive cash or equipment. For instance:

  • If an IBM employee makes a donation, the nonprofit can choose to receive a 1:1 cash match or a 2:1 equipment match.
  • If an IBM retiree makes a donation, the nonprofit can choose to receive either a .5:1 cash match or a 1:1 equipment match.

The company also offers a significant grant for employees and retirees who volunteer with an organization. The specific amount varies from $1,000 – $3,500 depending upon whether the organization elects to receive a cash or technology grant. Additionally, IBM offers even greater team volunteer grants when groups of IBMers volunteer together.

Delta Matching GiftsDelta Air Lines

Delta matches donations made by employees, retirees, and Board of Directors to a wide range of educational institutions including:

  • Pre-K schools
  • K-12 public and private schools
  • Colleges and universities
  • Post-graduate programs

Delta matches up to $5,000 annually per an eligible individual at a dollar for dollar rate. This is up from a 50% match on up to $2,000 annually just a few years ago.

ATT Matching Gift LogoAT&T

AT&T is the largest provider of mobile and fixed telephone systems in the United States. As of 2016, it is the seventh largest company in the U.S. by total revenue.

While AT&T doesn’t offer a “matching gift program” the company supports the organizations which employees are passionate about through its Cause Cards program.

Cause Cards are grants from the AT&T Foundation given to eligible charities recommended by employees. All employees that participate in the annual Employee Giving Campaign will be eligible to receive a Cause Card.

Eligible nonprofits include:

  • Educational institutions (K-12 and higher education)
  • Arts & cultural organizations
  • Environmental organizations
  • Civic and community organizations
  • Health and human service organizations
  • And many other 501(c)3 organizations

Employee pledges will be eligible for a Cause Card on a sliding scale based on a percentage of total giving. These Cause Cards are expected to range from $25 – $250. Employees will be notified of the value of the Cause Card and the deadline by which they need to redeem it by making a recommendation for an AT&T Foundation grant to an eligible 501(c)(3) charity of their choice.

United Parcel Service (UPS)UPS Matching Gift Program

We get more questions from our nonprofit clients asking us about UPS’s matching gift program than any other company. Unfortunately this confusion arises from the fact that UPS is still listed on the majority of the random lists of matching gift companies found on various websites.

We can assure you that as of 11/17/12, UPS does not offer an employee matching gift program. Our team recently reached out to the UPS Foundation for confirmation and received the following response:

The UPS Foundation formerly offered a gift matching program for educational and cultural organizations.  However, on February 20, 2009, UPS’s Board of Trustees approved the action to suspend the Gift Matching Program due to the economic climate.   At this time, there are no current plans to restart the program.

Equifax Matching Gift Programs

Equifax

Equifax matches employee donations up to $5,000 per year to nearly all 501(c)(3) organizations. While the company provided us with a copy of the paper form which employees use to submit the matching gift request, we always encourage employees to check the company intranet to ensure it’s the most up-to-date version.

To better understand employee engagement, we turned to Dale Carnegie Training which has done extensive research into the topic. A few key insights include:

  1. When an employee is disengaged, there is a high likelihood that this individual will seek employment elsewhere.
  2. 71% of employees are not fully engaged.
  3. Companies with engaged employees outperform other companies by about 202%.

When employees feel a strong connection to their company, they are likely to be more engaged, and thus less likely to leave. Disengaged employees tend to view their job as nothing more than a paycheck.

So, how do you engage your employees?

There are four traits that engaged employees exhibit:

  1. They are inspired
  2. They are confident
  3. They are enthused
  4. They are empowered

  • A Deloitte survey suggests that 61% of millennials who rarely volunteer would still consider a company’s commitment to giving back to the community when evaluating job opportunities.

Matching Gift Requests

It’s Never Too Late for Donors to Submit Matching Gift Requests

Are you just jumping on the matching gift bandwagon? Worried about having to build a program from the ground up with all new donations?

Fear not, many of your past donors are still eligible for matched gifts.

Matching gifts don’t have to be submitted immediately after the donation is made. Although, it is to your benefit to encourage your donors to make the request as soon as possible because:

  1. The farther from the donation a supporter gets, the less likely he will be to follow-up with a matched gift
  2. The sooner your nonprofit receives the extra funds, the sooner it can put those funds to good use

Matching gift deadlines vary by company, so there’s still time to promote matching gifts to donors who contributed to your organization this year.

Donors simply have to fill out and submit their employer’s matching gift request forms.

Matching gift deadlines typically fall under one of three types:

  1. Within a set number of months — A company will stipulate that it will match a gift up to, for example, 3, 6, or 12 months following the initial donation.
  2. By the end of the calendar year — This option is fairly straightforward.  Employees must submit for a match within the calendar year of the donation.
  3. By the end of the calendar year with an extended grace period — In this instance, a company will grant matched gifts through the end of the calendar year and then tack on an additional month or two for employees to submit their matching gift requests.  Standard extensions go through end of January, February, or March, but rarely go past the 31st of March.

To get a better understanding what the guidelines look like in practice, let’s look at some examples.

 

Deadline #1: Within a Set Number of Months

While most companies allow donations to be submitted far after the date a donation was made, deadlines do vary. Some major companies have much more time sensitive deadlines for their matching gift programs.

Here are four companies with matching gift submission deadlines ranging from 30 days to 365 days from the donation date:

 

Adobe

Adobe Matching GiftsAdobe offers a matching gift program wherein the company matches donations up to $10,000 per employee per year. Employees are also able to submit grant requests for $250 for every 10 hours they volunteer with a nonprofit.

The company offers an easy to use online portal for employees to submit their matching gift requests and to log their volunteer hours.

Match request deadline: All matching gift requests must be submitted by employees within one year of the donation date.

DirectTV

DirectTV matches donations of up to $20,000 per DIRECTV Matching Giftsemployee per a year and provides grants of $10 per hour (max $250) volunteered by an employee. DirectTV has an easy to use online submission process for both programs.

Match request deadline: All matching gift requests must be submitted by employees within six months of the donation date.

AltriaAltria Matches Donations from Employees

Altria offers a generous matching gift program (up to 30K annually per Altria employee) as well as large volunteer grants ($500 after 25 hours of volunteering).

Match request deadline: All matching gift requests must be received by Altria’s program administrator within 90 days from the date of the gift.

Fannie Mae

Fannie Mae's Matching Gift Program

Fannie Mae matches employee donations up to $5,000 annually and offers grants when employees volunteer. Unfortunately some organizations miss out on this funding since they aren’t ensuring donors submit matching gift requests in a timely manner.

Match request deadline: Fannie Mae donors and volunteers must submit a matching gift request within 30 days of the date of the donation, or by December 31st of each year, whichever is sooner.

Deadline #2: End of Calendar Year

Many companies ask that employees submit their match requests in a timely manner but will still match donations made in a calendar year until December 31st of that year.

Here are a few examples:

Aetna

Aetna Matching Gift ProgramAetna matches donations from employees and retirees up to $5,000 per individual per year. Aetna also enables employees to allocate a $300 grant to a nonprofit after they volunteer for 20 hours in year.

Match request deadline: Employees are encouraged to submit the matching gift request as soon as possible, but have until December 31st to submit their matching gift requests.

Freeport-McMoRan

Freeport McMoRan Matching GiftsFreeport-McMoRan matches donations of up to $40,000 per employee per year to a wide range of nonprofits. The first $1,000 donated is matched at a 2:1 rate. Anything above $1,000 is matched at a dollar for dollar rate.

Match request deadline: While Freeport-McMoRan encourages employees to submit matching donation requests at the time of the initial donation, employees can submit matches until Dec. 31st of the year following the date of the donation.

Deadline #3: End of Calendar Year + Grace Period

Matching Gift Deadlines with Grace Periods

Boeing

Boeing offers a monetary match, a volunteer grant match, and a grant when employees participate in a fundraising event such as a walk or run for a cause. The deadlines for all three of Boeing’s employee giving programs are as follows:

Employee deadline: Boeing employees must submit gift match requests no later than January 31st of the year following the contribution / participation.

Nonprofit deadline: Organizations must verify the employee submission request no later than April 15th of the year following the contribution / participation.

VerizonVerizon Matches Donations from Employees

Verizon matches donations up to $5,000 annually to educational institutions and up to $1,000 annually to all other nonprofits.

The Verizon Foundation also provides grants of $750 to organizations where an employee volunteers for at least 50 hours in a calendar year.

Employee deadline: Matching gift requests must be entered into the electronic matching gift system before March 31st of the year following the date of the donation.

Organization deadline: Organizations must also confirm the donation request by March 31st.

Bank of America / Merrill LynchBank of America Matches Donations

Bank of America (including Merrill Lynch) matches employee donations to nearly all nonprofits. The company also provides grants when employees volunteer on a regular basis.

Employee deadline: Employees must complete an application and have the recipient organization verify the gift. This information must be received by March 31st of the year following the date of the donation.

Organization deadline: Organizations must verify donations by May 15th of the year following the date of the donation.

MeadWestvacoMeadWestVaco Match Donations

MeadWestvaco offers multiple types of employee giving programs.

MeadWestvaco matches all donations to educational institutions, provides grants when employees volunteer, and matches donations to all organizations when employees are volunteer leaders with the organization.

Employee deadline: MeadWestvaco employees must submit their portion of the matching gift request form by March 31st of the year following when the donation was made.

Organization deadline: Organizations also have until March 31st of the year following when the donation was made to verify the donation and submit the completed match request.

US Bancorp is the parent company of U.S. Bank National Association (based in Minneapolis, Minnesota), ranked the fifth largest bank in the U.S. based on assets ($364 billion), and fourth largest based on total branches. The company employs over 64,000 people.

US Bancorp/US Bank Matching Gift Policy

US Bank offers a 1:1 matching ratio of gifts up to $1,000 by all employees. When a board member makes a donation, this limit is raised to $3,000 (still a 1:1 match ratio). US Bank matches donations to most nonprofit organizations.

MWV

MeadWestvaco Corporation (MWV)

MWV is an American packaging company based in Richmond, Virginia. It has approximately 23,000 employees.

MWV Matching Gift Policy

MWV matches all employee donations up to $2,500 to education institutions (K-12 included). It also matches donations from employees who serve on the board of directors (or other governing body) of the organization to which the contribution is being made.

DominionDominion Resources, Inc.

Dominion Resources, Inc. (aka Dominion), is a power and energy company headquartered in Richmond, Virginia that supplies electricity in parts of Virginia and North Carolina, and supplies natural gas to parts of West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and eastern North Carolina. As of 2012, Dominion employed 15,500 people.

When Dominion employees or retirees serve on the board of directors for a nonprofit organization, Dominion will make a 2:1 match up to $2,500. So, if the employee donated $2,500, Dominion will make a $5,000 donation, totaling $7,500!

PNM Resources, headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serves electricity to 498,000 homes and business in northern New Mexico and parts of west Texas. PNM employs about 2,000 people.

PNM’s Volunteer Grant Program

PNM provides 3 different levels of monetary grants for volunteer service provided by an employee:

  1. For every 12 volunteer hours donated, PNM will provide a $100 donation to an eligible nonprofit organization.
  2. For every 25 volunteer hours, PNM will provide a $300 donation.
  3. If an employee volunteers at least 25 hours AND serves on the nonprofit’s board of directors, PNM will provide a $500 donation.

BSOCBlue Shield of California

With 4,500 employees, Blue Shield of California is based in San Francisco. It is a nonprofit health plan provider that serves more than 3.4 million health plan members and almost 65,000 physicians across California.

BSOC Volunteer Grant Program

Healthcare Organizations:

When a BSOC employee volunteers at a healthcare organization and makes a monetary donation up to $3,000, BSOC will match the donation at a 2:1 ratio, effectively making the total donation $9,000! When a BSOC employee serves on the nonprofit’s organization governing board and makes a monetary donation up to $5,000, BSOC will also match the donation at a 2:1 ratio, totaling $15,000!

Civic and Community Organizations:

BSOC employee volunteers at civic and community organizations can have donations of $1,500 matched at a 1:1 ratio. BSOC employee volunteers who are on the governing body of these organizations can have donations up to $2,500 matched at a 1:1 ratio.

SchneiderSchneider Electric, Square D NOAD & Subsidiaries

Schneider Electric is a France-based multinational corporation with nearly 10 U.S. business acquisitions that specializes in electricity distribution and automation management. It employs more than 152,000 people as of 2012.

Schneider Electric Matching Gift Policy

Schneider Electric, Square D NOAD & its subsidiaries provide a 1:1 match on all donations up to $10,000! If an employee is also an active member of a nonprofit organization’s board of directors, the match ratio is increased to a 1.5:1 ratio (that would total a $25,000 donation for a board member!)

Takeda is the largest pharmaceutical company in Japan and Asia, boasting 30,000 employees worldwide. It is focused on metabolic disorders, gastroenterology, neurology, and inflammation. Despite being headquartered in Osaka, Japan, Fortune Magazine ranked the Takeda Oncology Company as one the 100 best companies to work for in the United States in January 2012.

Takeda Volunteer Grant Program

When an employee of Takeda Pharmaceuticals serves on the board of directors for eligible nonprofit organizations, said employee can request a $2,500 volunteer grant for the organization.

Novartis is a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland. In 2010 it ranked number two among the worldwide pharmaceutical industry in sales ($46.8 billion). Novartis employs nearly 120,000 people.

Novartis Volunteer Grant Program

Novartis offers three types of volunteer grants:

  1. Individual Volunteer Grants: employees who volunteer at least 40 hours with an eligible nonprofit organization can request a $250 volunteer grant.
  2. Board Service Grants: employees who serve on the board of directors of an eligible organization can request a $750 volunteer grant after one year of board service. These grants are renewable every year for up to three years.
  3. Team Volunteer Grants: when five or more employees volunteer as a team on a special project for an eligible nonprofit, Novartis will donate $500 to the organization. (This is exclusive of Community Partnership Day.)

Three Keys for Private Schools to Raise More Money From Employee Matching Gift Programs

Matching Gift OverviewAre you a K-12 private school looking to raise more money from employee matching gift programs? If so, this article is for you!

A significant percentage of the companies that offer to match employee donations will double donations to K-12 private schools. But just because companies offer these programs, doesn’t mean your school’s parents and donors are following through with their match requests.

There are three keys to increasing the amount of money you’re raising from employee grant programs.

#1 – Know Which Companies Match Gifts to Private Schools

At the most basic level, we see some independent schools suggesting that parents “reach out to their HR departments.” But that’s just the beginning. If your private school wants to increase matching gift revenue, make sure you’re aware of the many companies that match employee donations.

In fact, hundreds of companies in nearly every major city match employee donations. While we can’t list out our entire database, here are a few examples to help your independent school’s staff get a better feel for the standard match programs offered by companies,

Heinz

Heinz-matching-donationsThe H. J. Heinz company will match donations made to a variety of nonprofits including private schools, up to $5,000 a year per employee or up to $1,000 a year from retirees.

And don’t forget about your volunteers! Through the Heinz Cares program, the company offers a $250 grant for an employee volunteers for 50 hours or a $500 grant after 100 volunteer hours.

Pepsi Cola

pepsi-matching-gift-program-nonprofitsPepsiCo offers a matching gift program where the company matches donations to nearly all nonprofit organizations including independent K-12 schools. Each year Pepsi matches eligible contributions of up to $10,000 per employee, sometimes at a rate as high as 2:1 (effectively tripling donations.)

And don’t forget about grandparents! Pepsi’s employee match program is open to current employees as well as retirees or their surviving spouses and domestic partners.

Matching Gift Companies

#2 – Raise Awareness

Unfortunately donors must be the ones to actually initiate the matching gift process. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t play a role in prompting donors to think about and submit matching gifts.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to review your fundraising efforts (ex. check your website, email templates, paper letters, etc.) to see where you’re promoting matching gifts. You’ll surely find a number of places where you should be including matching gifts. For instance:

#3 – Make It Easy:

Let’s face it, parents and donors are busy. While they clearly care about your school, between carpool, coaching their kids’ sports teams, PTA duties, and of course their own jobs, time is their most precious asset. So ensure you’re making it as easy as possible for your donors to submit matching gifts.

Providing parents with company specific matching gift information so they don’t need to go to their HR departments can go a long way. This could include information such as:

  • Forms
  • Guidelines
  • Employee eligibility
  • Instructions
  • And anything else your donors need

Consider reaching out to major employers in your area to obtain the appropriate forms or subscribing to a matching gift service (such as Double the Donation).

HCR Manor

HCR ManorCare offers both an employee matching gift and volunteer grant program. After an employee volunteers for 20 hours, he or she can request a volunteer grant of $500 for the organization.

Campbell Soup Company

The Campbell Soup Company provides volunteer grants worth $20 per hour. For every 25 hours which an employee volunteers, the company will provide a $500 grant. Employees can apply for multiple grants each year.

The Campbell Soup Company also matches employee donations to educational institutions.

AMD

AMD offers multiple types of volunteer grants.

Through the company’s Grant Incentives for Volunteer Efforts (GIVE) program, the company provides volunteer grants of $15 per hour up to $3,000 annually. The program is open to U.S. and Canadian employees as well as their spouses.

AMD also matches donations made to most nonprofits so the impact of employee contributions is doubled.

Levi Strauss

Levi Strauss provides volunteer grants of $20 per hour. Employees are required to volunteer for a minimum of 10 hours before they can request a volunteer grant. Above 10 hours, there are the following tiers multiple tiers:

10 hours = $200 grant (minimum)
20 hours = $400 grant
40 hours = $800 grant
80 hours = $1200 grant
100 hours = $1600 grant
120 hours = $2000 grant
140 hours = $2400 grant (maximum)

Levi Strauss also matches donations to almost all nonprofit organizations.

Peabody Energy Corporation

Peabody Energy not only matches employee donations to nearly all nonprofits dollar for dollar, but the company also provides volunteer grants worth $25 per hour up to $1,000 per employee annually. There are four thresholds which employees can meet:

10 hours =  $250 grant
20 hours = $500 grant
30 hours = $750 grant
40 hours = $1000 grant

Symantec

Through Symantec’s Dollars for Doers program, Symantec encourages employees to volunteer on a regular basis by offering grants of $15 per volunteer hour. Symantec provides up to $1,000 in volunteer grants per employee each year.

Additionally, the company also matches donations up to $1,000 per employee each year.

Hospital Corporation of America (HCA)

Hospital Corporation of America offers multiple types of volunteer grants for employees who volunteer in their communities.

  1. Through HCA’s Dollars for Board Service, HCA provides $500 grants when an employee serves on a nonprofit’s board.
  2. Through HCA’s Dollars for Doers program, HCA awards $500 grants to nonprofits when an employee volunteers for at least 25 hours.
  3. Through the Team HCA Project, the company is willing to provide up to $500 in funding for materials when a group of HCA employees volunteer together with a nonprofit.

As an added bonus, the top ten nonprofits based on the total number of volunteer hours registered receive a $1,000 bonus grant each year.

Thomson Reuters

Thomson Reuters provides grants to nonprofits where employees volunteer for at least 20 hours in a year. There are two thresholds:

  1. 20-39 hours = $500 grant for the nonprofit
  2. 40+ hours = $1,000 grant for the nonprofit

Additionally, Thomson Reuters matches employee gifts to nonprofits at a 1:1 ratio.

FBR Capital

FBR’s Giving Incentives for Volunteer Efforts (GIVE) Program provides FBR Capital with an opportunity to show its support for the volunteer activities of its employees. For every hour that an employee volunteers at a non-profit organization, FBR will donate $20 to that organization up to 50 hours or $1,000 per year.

FBR Capital also matches employee donations up to $1,000 annually at a dollar for dollar ratio. Any donations above $1,000 are eligible for the company’s incentive match program where the company provides a 10% match.

SAP

SAP supplements the contributions of SAP employees who volunteer their time to
nonprofit organizations with monetary grants. The grant per hour varies based upon the role the employee plays. The three levels are:

  • Level 1: If you serve on a nonprofit board, your time is matched with a $20 grant per hour.
  • Level 2: If you provide hands-on volunteer service, your time is matched with a $40 grant per hour volunteered.
  • Level 3: If you provide emergency services, your time is matched with a  $60 grant per volunteer hour.

In addition to the volunteer grants, through SAP’s Dollars for Dollars (SAP$4$) Program, the company matches employee donations to nearly every nonprofit.

There is a $10,000 combined limit for both SAP’s Dollars for Dollars and Dollars for Doers programs.

Employees at John Wiley & Sons are eligible to request volunteer grants of up to $500 annually. There are two different levels of volunteer grants.

Did you know that many California public schools are now asking parents of students to donate upwards of $400 per student, per year? Due to the wealth of companies in Los Angeles focusing their philanthropic efforts on educational institutions, many nonprofits and K-12 public schools are raising tens of thousands of dollars annually via matching gifts.

  • In 2012, 53 California-based companies graced the Fortune 500 list, 4 of which are based in Los Angeles.
  • 65% of Fortune 500 companies offer matching gift programs.

Major Companies in Los Angeles with Employee Giving Programs

AT&T matches employee giftsAT&T

AT&T is the largest provider of mobile and fixed telephone systems in the United States. As of 2016, it is the seventh largest company in the U.S. by total revenue.

While AT&T doesn’t offer a “matching gift program” the company supports the organizations which employees are passionate about through its Cause Cards program.

Cause Cards are grants from the AT&T Foundation given to eligible charities recommended by employees. All employees that participate in the annual Employee Giving Campaign will be eligible to receive a Cause Card.

Eligible nonprofits include:

  • Educational institutions (K-12 and higher education)
  • Arts & cultural organizations
  • Environmental organizations
  • Civic and community organizations
  • Health and human service organizations
  • And many other 501(c)3 organizations

Employee pledges will be eligible for a Cause Card on a sliding scale based on a percentage of total giving. These Cause Cards are expected to range from $25 – $250. Employees will be notified of the value of the Cause Card and the deadline by which they need to redeem it by making a recommendation for an AT&T Foundation grant to an eligible 501(c)(3) charity of their choice.

JP Morgan matches employee donationsJPMorgan Chase & Co.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is the largest bank in the United States based on assets ($2 trillion, according to Forbes magazine.)

JPMorgan offers not only a robust matching gift program on a monetary basis (donations from $25 to $1,000), but a very comprehensive volunteer grant program that includes both individual and group volunteers.

Individual Volunteer Grants – Individuals who volunteer on a regular basis are eligible to request volunteer grants. Amounts are as follows:

  • 15 – 24 volunteer hours –> $150 grants
  • 25 – 49 volunteer hours –> $250 grants
  • 50 – 74 volunteer hours –> $500 grants
  • 75 – 99 volunteer hours –> $750 grants
  • 100 or more volunteer hours –> $1,000 grants

Team Volunteer Grants – Teams of three or more employees or retirees who volunteer together are eligible for team volunteer grants based on the combined volunteer hours. Amounts are as follows:

  • 5 – 24 combined volunteer hours =  $150 grants
  • 25 – 49 combined volunteer hours = $250 grants
  • 50 – 74 combined volunteer hours = $500 grants
  • 75 – 99 combined volunteer hours = $750 grants
  • 100 or more combined volunteer hours = $1,000 grants

Capital Group Companies Matches Donations 2:1The Capital Group Companies

The Capital Group Companies is a financial investment services company with assets upward of $1 trillion. With about 7,000 employees worldwide, TCGC offers a very generous matching gift program, providing a 2:1 match on donations anywhere from $100-$5,000. That’s essentially tripling a donation!

TCGC also offers a volunteer grant program that encourages employees to volunteer at least 10 hours with an organization, after which it will provide a grant of $10 per hour for up to 50 hours.

Wells Fargo Donation MatchingWells Fargo & Company

Wells Fargo, which acquired Wachovia, is the fourth largest bank in the United States, with reported revenue of over $86 billion. Wells Fargo also boasts a massive employee base, at just about 265,000. Wells Fargo matches, dollar-for-dollar, donations to accredited public or private educational institutions and educational foundations, anywhere from $25-$6,500.

Possibly even more impressive, though, is Wells Fargo’s volunteer grants program. It annually awards more than $500,000 in volunteer grants to organizations employees volunteer for in their communities. There isn’t a minimum number of hours required or a specific donation amount awarded, but employees apply directly through the Wells Fargo Foundation.
