The BMS retirement eligibility for US and Puerto Rico employees is:
Age 65 at the time of separation from the Company or
At least 55 years of age with 10 Years of Vested Service at the time of separation from the Company
Matching Gift Request Process
The preferred way to register a matching gift request is either (1) log in and submit an automated matching gift request or (2) via phone by calling the BMS Employee Giving Program Support at (855) 302 - 7774.
If you are calling to register a matching gift request over phone, please be prepared to provide your BMS ID and the following donation information:
- name of the organization
- city and state of the organization location
- date of your gift
- gift amount
- gift type (check, credit card, or stock)
- gift designation (if applicable)
If you do not know your BMS ID, please contact People Services at 1-844-439,5499, Press 1 for English, Press 3 for People Services, Press 4 for All Other Inquiries.
The retiree matching gift limit is $5,000 per calendar year.
