State Street offers two different matching gift programs for employees:

1. GiveMore
GiveMore is State Street's matching gift program where the company matches donations $1 for $1 to most nonprofits. 

Matching gift limits vary by role:

• Board of Directors, CEO, President, Vice Chairs --> $35,000
• Executive VPs --> $25,000
• Senior VPs --> $15,000
• All other employees --> $5,000

Donations made by spouses are only eligible to be matched if both the employee & the spouse are listed as joint donors.

2. CollectMore
CollectMore is State Street's matching gift program where the company matches an employee's fulfilled fundraising pledges.

Matching Gift Limits:
There is a $1,000 annual combined limit for CollectMore and DoMore matches.

Eligible nonprofits for both the GiveMore and CollectMore programs include:

• Educational institutions (K-12 included)
• Health and human services
• Arts and cultural organizations
• Civic and community organizations
• Environmental organizations
• And almost all other nonprofits

State Street's Matching Gift Submission Process:
Employees / donors should register both matching gift requests electronically at https://www.easymatch.com/statestreet.

Through State Street's DoMore program, the company provides volunteer grants to nonprofits where employees regularly volunteer.

For every 24 hours a State Street employee volunteers with a nonprofit organization, he or she can request a $250 grant for the organization. There is a $1,000 annual combined limit for CollectMore and DoMore matches.
